Delivery times may vary depending on the product you choose: mugs are delivered in 4–9 business days , while jewelry, bowls, and accessories take 5–13 business days . Personalized products may take a few additional days. If your order contains multiple items, it's normal for them to arrive in separate packages.

As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow its progress in real time.

✔️ Are the materials certified?
Absolutely. The jewelry is made of nickel-free 925 silver , the bowls are made of food-grade ceramic , and the mugs are made of materials that comply with European standards.
✔️ Why can delivery times differ between mugs, jewelry, and accessories?
Each product is made in specialized workshops using different processes (printing, ceramics, silversmithing). This ensures greater care and quality, but may affect lead times.

✔️ How can I change or cancel an order?
For changes or cancellations, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase . After this time, the order may already be in production and we may not always be able to process it.
✔️ What should I do if I received a defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo of the problem. We'll quickly send you a free replacement or find the best solution together.
✔️ Can I return an item?
We currently do not accept returns on non-defective items, as many products are made or prepared on request by our partners.
